Koreen Pagano is a globally recognized executive with deep expertise in skills strategy, AI transformation, analytics, learning technology, and immersive experiences. As CEO and Co-Founder of Talent Rewire, she helps organizations lead people-centric, skills-informed AI transformation.
She founded Tandem Learning to pioneer immersive learning through virtual worlds, games, and simulations. She then led product at Lynda.com, LinkedIn, D2L, Degreed, and Wiley, building AI-powered learning and skills intelligence platforms used by enterprises worldwide.
Koreen is a seasoned international speaker and the author of three ATD Press books: Immersive Learning, Building the Skills-Based Organization, and Rewiring Your Organization for AI.
She lives within walking distance of the ocean in Carpinteria, California, where she and her spouse and adventure partner, John, raised seven now-adult children. She is a certified UC Master Gardener and helps run the family business, Night Owl Ciderworks.
